Research on the Collaborative Innovation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei's Transprovincial and Trans-regional Knowledge Alliance Based on Knowledge Flow

Taking the integrated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as the background, and based on the development status of the collaborative innovation of domestic and foreign knowledge alliances, and around the knowledge flow, this paper designs the strategies for the collaborative innovation and development of trans-provincial and trans-regional knowledge alliance, and puts forward some new ideas for the collaborative innovation and development of BeijingTianjin-Hebei's Trans-provincial and Trans-regional Knowledge Alliance based on knowledge flow.
