DEVELOPMENT OF EPC COATING FOR ZIRCON POWDER

Using the minute Zircon powder as heat-resistant material, the Coating for minute Zircon powder in EPC is confected. The capabilities of Coating for minute Zircon powder, density,suspending character, coating strength, coating thickness and permeability for gas are tested.Through cast molding, cast surface and coating relic,the using impression of ameliorated coating is analyzed in the pouring experiment, and the best coating for minute Zircon powder is abtained.
