Primary Exploration on the Performance Evaluation System of Laboratory Equipment Purchasing in Higher School

Assessing the purchasing performance of laboratory equipment purchasing in higher school has not formed a system.It is hard to check and control the process of purchasing work.This paper constructed a system of estimating purchase performance for higher school,and the implementing method of laboratoury equipment purchasing.
