The expression of the Ang2 on the cervical cancer and its clinical significance

Objective To determine the expression of the Ang2 on the cervical epithelium tissue,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and the cervical cancer.Targeting of Ang2 could be a potent therapy in the cervical cancer.Methods Detect the expression of the protein level of the Ang2 on the normo-cervical tissue(20 cases)、cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(32cases,including cervical inra-epithelial neoplasia I,12cases;cervical intra-epithelial neoplasia II-III,18cases) and the cervical cancer(52 cases) by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of the Ang2 on the cervical cancer is significant higher than that on the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and the normo-cervical tissue.There is a significant variability among these three;however,the expression of theAng2 has no significant variability between the cervical intraepithelialneoplasia and the normo-cervical tissue.The expression of the Ang2 has a correlation with the clinical stage of the cervical cancer and the diversion of the lymphonode;however,there is no connection with the patients'age,histological style,differentiation.Conclusion Ang2 participate the Vascularization of cervical cancer,influence the generation and development of the cancer,the anomal-expression of the Ang2 promote the infiltration and diversion of the cervical cancer,and Ang2 should be the factor to assess the prognosis of cervical cancer.
