Research of microRNA and epigenetics in Alzheimer's disease

MicroRNA are a group of small noncoding RNAs,and has become the focus of intensive research in recent years with epigenetics.They are crucial for normal differentiation,development of nervous systerm,and regulate gene expression through different mechanisms.In addition,their abnormal expression is associated with the development of neurodegenerative disorders,like Alzheimer's disrase.Epigenetic can regulate the expression of microRNA,and microRNAs also take their place into the epigenetic world.The interaction of microRNA and Epigenetic regulate the expression of gene and affect the developement of diseases.
