Though an indispensable part,the hospitality industry is under influence of MICE industry.Based on the data of MICE industry of Pudong District in Shanghai,this article analyses its influence on hospitality.Firstly,hotels tend to lie out in cluster.Secondly,hospitality increases earnings.Thirdly,the proportion of businessmen consumer is larger than before and their demands become polarized.Fourthly,holding conference becomes a major market for hotels development.Finally,this article discusses how the hospitality can develop in sustainable way.
