A Comment on the Strategy of Multinational Operation in Chinese Enterprises after joining in WTO

On the basis of stating the process of multinational operation in Chinese enterprises,the paper poined out the opportunities and challenges to multinational operation of Chinese enterprises after joining in WTO,and how to select major strategy for multinational operation,and put forward a few propositions about the development of multinational operation.
