Determination of Hesperidin in Buzhongyiqi Pell by HPLC

Objective:To determine Hesperidin in Buzhongyiqi Pell. Methods:Hesperidin in Buzhongyiqi Pell was separated and determined by HPLC. Results:The concentration of Hesperidin was linear in the range of 0.1232～0.616μg. The average recovery was 101.8% (n=5,RSD=1.6%). Conclusion: This method was sensitive,quick and accurate for the quatity control of this preparation.
