Comparative Study of the Breaking Strength of Knitting Fabrics of Rotor-Spinning Yarn and Ring-Spinning Yarn

The paper analyzes the breaking strength of rotor-spinning yarn and ring-spinning yarn knitting with the same yarn count and the same raw material,studies the changes of breaking strength of three common rib fabrics in different sinking depth,i.e.,1+1 rib,2+2 rib and rib mid-air gas and compares the breaking strength of these two yarn fabrics.The study indicates that with the increase of sinking depth,the breaking strength of the three fabrics are decreasing and that the breaking strength of the three rib fabrics knitted by rotor-spinning yarn is worse than that of fabrics knitted by ring-spinning yarn in the same sinking depth and the same organization.
