The physiological and biochemical characteristics and drought tolerance of different Sapium seedlings under drought stress were analyzed and compared by measuring soil water content,leaf relative conductivity,MDA and other indicators while the PEG6000 solution simulated drought stress and the natural drought stress method were used.The results showed that,No.13 and No.24 progeny seedlings had strong drought tolerance,the weakest was No.23.The results by PEG6000 simulated drought test were the same as the results by natural drought test,so it could reflect the normal drought stress to a certain extent.
