In this paper, a new method of machining equidistant profile axes using numerically-controlled machine tool is put forward. With the help of constructing and analyzing the mathematical models in the course of milling machining equidistant profile axes, the theoretical expressions of some important problems are received, such as the path intervals and remnant heights. At the same time, the arithmetic of conforming step length is put forward. The theoretical bases in machining equidistant profile axes using numerically-controlled machine tool are established.
