摘要
OBJECTIVE: To assess combined fixation (pedicle+MCBT) on L4-5 TLIF. METHODS: FEA evaluated ROM, Cage stress, rod stress. RESULTS: New screw reduced ROM (flexion/left bending/left rotation) and Cage stress (extension/left bending/rotations) (p<0.05); rod stress increased safely. CONCLUSION: When applying the new screw combination in TLIF, ROM in flexion, left bending, and left rotation and Cage subsidence in extension, left bending, and rotations are reduced, which may decrease failure rates and improve recovery..
