摘要
Well‐crystallized pure Bi 3.15 Nd 0.85 Ti 3 O 12 (BNdT) nanoplates with rim sizes of 150–200 nm and thickness of 20–30 nm have been successfully synthesized at a temperature as low as 160°C by a novel sol–gel‐hydrothermal route, which combined the conventional sol–gel process and the hydrothermal method. It is believed that the gel precursor and hydrothermal environment play an important role in the formation of BNdT nanoplates at a low temperature. The density of sol–gel‐hydrothermal–derived BNdT ceramics was higher than that of sol–gel‐derived ceramics.
