Palladium decoration directed synthesis of ZIF-8 nanocubes with efficient catalytic activity for nitrobenzene hydrogenation

By using H 2 PdCl 4 as a novel structure-directing agent, the shape of ZIF-8 is transformed from rhombic dodecahedron to cube. After H 2 treatment, the as-obtained Pd/ZIF-8 nanocubes show efficient catalytic activity for nitrobenzene hydrogenation.
