摘要
Applying pure-silica-core technology, loss of 0.15dB/km has become reality using manufacturable processes. The Aeff of fibers are appropriately enlarged from viewpoint of analytically developed fiber figure-of-merit, for enabling 100G and beyond trance-oceanic transmission.
