摘要
The new type of amorphous biomaterials in system CaO-P2O5-SiO2 with high bioactivity was synthesized via sol-gel method. The sol-gel derived biomaterials can be applied to bone reparation and bone tissue engineering scaffolds. The effect of the composition of the sol-gel derived bioactive glass on the microstructure of the materials were investigated in detail by using SEM,BET and XRD techniques, compared with 45S5 bioactive glass which has been applied to clinic. It was observed by SEM that the sol-gel bioactive glass is composed of countless nano-sized beads which connected one another to form a nano-structure.This structure can result in a great amount of nano-sized micro-pores and a huge special surface area, which enhances the surface adsorption ability and bio-mineralization characteristic of the sol-gel derived biomaterials.According to the most compact stack measure theory of same spheres,a counting model of nano-sized micro-pores of the sol-gel bioactive glass was estabilshed, and also, the micro-pores structure of the sol-gel derived glasses were analyzed.
