The Study of the Yining Effects on CNS

Objective to study the hypnotic effects of the Yining.Methods Its effects to the autonomic activities of mice and the hymnotid duration of pentobarbital and the hypnotic effect of a subthreshold dose of pentobarbital were observed.Results Yining distinctly decresed the autonomic activity and incresed the hypnotic effect of a hypnotic subthreshold of pentobarbital and prolonged the duration of sleeping of pentobarbital mice. All effects were dosage dependent.Conclusion Yining has the effects of hypnotis.
