Objective To observe and analyze the prevalence of Hyperlipemia(HL) and Obesity among 2 516 cases for physical examination in Bole district.Methods From May 2007 to May 2010,the cadres′ physical examinations in Women and Children Health Station of Bole were taken.Age and sex were described.Body mass index(BMI) over 28 were classified obesity.The subjects were divided into obesity group(BMI28) and non-obesity group(BMI28).The prevalence of HL in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results 2 516 subjects were included in this reaserch with 1955 males and 516 females.There were 622 cases of obesity(24.72%) including 505 males(20.07%) and 117 females(4.65%).The morbidity rate and BMI of males was higher than the females,with significant differences.The prevalence of HL increased rapidly,50~59 years group reached the peak.60 years group decreased.TG and TC were higher than non-obesity group.The morbidity rate of H Lin obesity group was higher than non-obesity group,with significant differences.Conclusion The obesity is a main factor that results from Hyperlipemia.It would be emphasized in clinical work.
