Choosing Jobs'Rationality and Rationally Choosing Jobs——On the rational thinking of employment of young college students

The rationality of choosing jobs is an economic,limited and ethical rationality.Economic rationality is the internal driving force of occupation choosing;limited rationality is the basis of its guidance;moral rationality is its external conditions.On the basis of rational analysis,this paper actively promotes young college students to hunt jobs in a rational manner.
