Establishment of indirect ELISA of bovine β-casein

The polyclonal antibody was prepared by immunizing New Zealand rabbit with bovine β-casein which was extracted from casein. The collected sera was then purified through precipitating using amine sulphate in order to prepare the polyclonal antibody against bovine β-casein which could be used to detection of bovine β-casein according to the indirect ELISA.
