The constant of the speed,the winding tension and the unwinding tension are required in winding vacuum coater.The essay adopt Net of UNITELWAY consist of TSX type PLC and DC motor controller in obtaining mutual conmunication of winding control system particularly,the system can control the tension and the speed constantly without tension sensor,thus meet the demand of keeping contant tension.
