摘要
Control effects of Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae to the larvae of Xyrosaria lichneuta were tested in laboratory, and all showed pathogenicity to Xyrosaria lichneuta Meyrick of Tripterygium wilfordii larvae. The data indicated that there were significantly difference at the toxicity to larve of Xyrosaria lichneuta Meyrick.Bb27 caused the greatest mortality in 3 strains of Beauveria bassiana. The revised mortality rate of 5 strains of spores concentration among 15 days were 58.3%,73.8%,85.7%,96.0%, 100%,and the LT_(50) were 9.36 days,6.26 days,3.89 days,2.54 days,2.10 days, and the LC_(50) was 4.87×10~4 spores ? mL~(-1). MaZPTP01 caused the greatest mortality in 3 strains of Metarhizium anisopliae. The revised mortality rate of 5 strains of spores concentration among 15 days were 52.4%,69.0%,76.2%,92.9%,95.2%,and the LT_(50) were 11.47 days,6.89 days,4.36 days, 2.68 days,2.13 days, and the LC_(50) was 7.39×10~4 spores ? mL~(-1).The result showed that Bb27 and MaZPTPOl could control this pest in the field.
