A Study on the Dyeing Properties of C.I. Disperse Red 60 on PLA Fiber

The process of C.I.disperse red 60 dyeing PLA fiber and kinetics of this process were discussed according to the reseach of uptake rate and the consistance of C.I.disperse red 60 of PLA fiber in dyeing process,the distribution constant K,diffuse coefficient DT were calculated.It is proved that during the dyeing process of C.I.Disperse red 60 on the PLA fiber,the velocity of dyeing was independent of the concentration of dyeing bath and dependent on the dye's concentration of fiber,and the dye distribution of fiber was depend on dyeing time.
