Efficiency of lipoic acid joint Kudiezi injection on diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To observe and evaluate the treatment effect of lipoic acid combined with Kudiezi injection on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 60 diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients w ere randomly divided into observation group and control group. Observation group w as given Kudiezi injection 40 mL,and lipoic acid 60 mL for 14 days; control group w as given lipoic acid 60 mL for 14 days. The nerve conduction velocity,sensory symptoms and total therapeutic effect of the tw o groups w ere compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment,sensory symptoms and nerve conduction velocity of the tw o groups w ere all improved compared w ith before treatment( P 0. 05). The efficiency of observation group w as better than that of control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion The effect of lipoic acid combined w ith Kudiezi injection for diabetic peripheral neuropathy is ideal.
