Study on Recrystallization Behaviour of AH36 Ship Plate Steel During Hot Rolling

Using Gleeble-1500D hot simulation machiner,the effects of dynamic recrystallization and static recrystallization by single-pass and multi-pass rolling hot-deformation were investigated,which find out the critical strain of dynamic recrystallization and region of no-recrystallization,the rolling process of refining rolling pass was optimized in no-recrystallization region.Through inhibiting strain accumulation between passes,the dynamic recrystallization occurs at finishing rolling pass over critical strain during multi-pass rolling process,which avoids the non-uniform size of grain and realizes grain refining.
