Study on Aerial Mildew Diversity in Multiple-grains Luzhou-flavor Distillery

The varieties and quantity of mildew in air and around long-term liquor-making region were studied. The results showed that the vari-eties and quantity of mildew in production plant were evidently higher than other places. The varieties and quantity of mildew in starter-making plant were the highest (43.1 % of total mildew strains and 68 % of total mildew varieties respectively),in fermenting plant were the second high-est (38.9 % of total mildew strains and 46.4 % of total mildew varieties respectively),and then in other three sampling spots (added up to 18 % and 25 % respectively).
