The Application of Sex Attractant on Monitoring and Forecasting of Spodoptera litura

[Objective] In order to improve the accuracy monitoring and prediction of spodoptera litura,and explore application effect of sex attractant on monitoring and forecasting of spodoptera litura.[Method] The application of monitoring and prediction of sex attractant in Spodoptera litura was explored combined with investigating field conditions of spodoptera litura by trapping Prodenia litura adults.[Result] The annual field conditions,generations,major pestilent generation and periods of spodoptera litura in Cadian of Wuhan were mastered.The application of monitoring and prediction of sex attractant in Spodoptera litura was realized.[Conclusion]The sex attractant provided a new way for accurately forecast and scientific guidance of Spodoptera litura.
