Dynamic Characteristic Analysis of Vibration Feeder Based on ANSYS

Based on ANSYS software,vibration feeder is fatigue break influenced by exciting force alternate load.The rational finite element model of vibration feeder was introduced.Dynamic characteristics analysis was discussed and weak links were discovered which is angle steel junction of side plate,feed well and junction panel between no feed side plate and bottom plate then structure optimization was made.Streamlined method of optimum design of vibration feeder was provided.
