The Fabrication of Small Molecule OLED

The structure and fabrication equipment of OLED is introduced. Two kinds of OLED, whose structure are ITO/NPB(400)/Alq3(300)/Al and ITO/NPB(400)/Alq3(300)/LiF/Al ,was fabricated. How LiF influences the performance of OLED, which including the turn on voltage and the density of current, is discussed
