Experimental Study of Infrared Polarization Characteristics of Camouflage Dope

Taking the metal plates coated with camouflage dope and common dope respectively as the target plates,the infrared polarization images were obtained from them with an infrared polarization imaging system.The poalrization information of the targets in the images was analyzed and was compared with the infrared intensity information of the targets.The experimental result showed that the stealthy ability of camouflage dope in the infrared wave band can be weakened effectively by using the infrared polarization imaging method.
