Research Progress of Nickel Electroplating Technology

A review was given of the research progress for Ni electroplating technology with respect to its history,process and plating bath formulation.Different nickel plating technologies and their correlated plating solutions were summarized.The problems concerning current research on nickel electroplating were discussed, and some suggestions were provided with respect to the future direction of nickel electroplating technology.
