Analysis and evaluation on deep processing technology of rice bran(I):Rice bran oil preparation and utilization of defatted rice bran

Rice bran is rich in several kinds of nutrients,such as oil,protein,mineral,vitamin and etc.It's raw material for food,chemical and drug with great potentiality.A comprehensive summarization on the technology of rice bran oil processing and the usage of deoiled rice bran were described,which could provide reference for comprehensive exploitation and utilization of rice bran.
