Improvement of Calculation Method of Earth Pressure on Retaining Wall

Aiming at the unreasonable points existed in the common calculation method of earth pressure on gravity retaining wall,analyzing and discussing the value of wall height and the effect of the tensile stress of cohesive soil which is behind the wall to the calculation of earth pressure can make the calculation of earth pressure be more reasonable.
