Analysis of influence factors of yarn twist irregularity

Irregularity of yarn twist is a key criteria affecting yarn quality,which reduces the outlook and inner quality of the yarn and fabric.It also increases yarn breaks,defects and lowering productivity.This article has analyzed the route causes of yarn irregularity, including the influences of spinders,spinning belts,spinning plates and the rings.An effective solution to control the yarn irregularity with the purpose of increasing the yarn's productivity and quality is discussed.
