Study of Non-chromate Dacromet Process

Organic resin was used instead of chromic anhydride in the orthogonal experiment for research on non-chromate Dacromet technology.The elements influencing non-chromate Dacromet coating in spray test are(in the turn of influencing degree):water,thickener,firming agent and resin.Compared with chromate containing Dacroment coating,the non-chromate Dacromet coating obtained with the best formula is a bit poorer in appearance,slightly better in mechanical quality and adhesion,and close in double-coating salt resisting time.
