Human milk oligosaccharides 2′-fucosyllactose and 3-fucosyllactose attenuate ovalbumin-induced food allergy through immunoregulation and gut microbiota modulation

2′-FL and 3-FL may modulate immunity by modulating the gut microbiota, increasing the content of short-chain fatty acids, and enhancing the intestinal barrier function, thus attenuating OVA-induced allergic symptoms.
