An organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite material [Me3NCMe3]GaCl4 exhibits a two-step off-on-off SHG response with large temperature interval

By modifying [Me 4 N] by replacing the methyl groups with tert -butyl groups, a new organic–inorganic hybrid compound [Me 3 NCMe 3 ]GaCl 4 (1) exhibiting true two-step SHG off–on–off switching with a rapid and large temperature interval was reported.
