Chiral phosphoric acid catalyzed asymmetric synthesis of C–N axially chiral uracils with antitumor activity through kinetic resolution strategy

The first asymmetric acylation of 6-NH 2 uracils through a kinetic resolution strategy has been successfully developed. Antitumor evaluations of the C–N axially chiral uracils were conducted to demonstrate the practical value of this methodology.
