Waveguide Integrated MoTe2 Photodetector with High speed and energy efficient

Here we presented a waveguide integrated plasmonic MoTe2 based photodetector with the new design to accomplish high speed (300 GHz) energy efficient (0.8 AW-1) detection of light at 1310 nm.
