Room-temperature synthesis of a cobalt 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroterephthalic coordination polymer with enhanced capacity and cycling stability for lithium batteries

A cobalt 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroterephthalic coordination-polymer named Co-TFBDC has been synthesized at room temperature and show a high capacity of 1074.6 mA h g⁻¹ after 50 cycles at a current of 100 mA g⁻¹ when applied as anode material for lithium-ion battery.
