Measurement of Discharge Current caused by Spark between Micro-Gap of Parallel Disc Electrodes and Experimental Verification based on Spark-Resistance Formula

Measurements of discharge currents caused by the sparks between parallel disc electrodes with a micro-gap were conducted at a charge voltage of 500 V in order to estimate the corresponding spark voltages and spark currents, which were verified by using a spark resistance formula.
