Influences of Track Random Irregularity on the Performance of Levitation Control System of Medium-speed Maglev Train

In the operation of Changsha maglev express, the track irregularity is a great adverse impact of driving the maglev train; it will directly cause the abnormal fluctuation of levitation clearance and current, and will influence the levitation control system operation. This paper modeled a levitation system considering track irregularity; it is analyzing the performance of levitation control system, under various track irregularity conditions, at different speeds. It can be used to optimize the parameters of the levitation control system for medium speed maglev train, and provide the formulation of track construction standards.
