摘要
In an aeroengine, the fuel regulator controls the fuel flow by adjusting the flow area of the fuel metering valve (FMV). The flow area of the FMV is regulated by controlling the motion of the spool of the FMV relative to the sleeve of the FMV. However, the FMV can become stuck due to pollutants entering the gap between the spool and sleeve, resulting in a decreased aeroengine performance. It is called the sticking of the FMV (SFMV). To address the damage caused by the SFMV, this paper proposes a fault diagnosis method based on the Extended State Observer (ESO) to estimate the levels of the SFMV. Additionally, we employ the Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) to achieve fault tolerance control and eliminate the impact of SFMV, thereby enhancing the reliability of the aeroengine.
