B Lymphocytes and Cancer: A Love–Hate Relationship

B cells are abundant in many human tumors. In some tumors B cells may impede antitumor immunity while in others they contribute to the immunological containment of cancer. The divergent roles that B cell play in tumor immunology are discussed in this review.
