High-resolution digital inkjet printing and its applications on printed electronics

High-resolution digital inkjet printing machine and functional inks are introduced. The structure, sintering temperature and electrical properties of nano silver inks are discussed in detail. The conductive circuit is inkjet printed and the effect of pore size of the print head and surface tension of the substrate is studied.
