摘要
The effects of 3 Bacillus strains, X1, X2 and X3 inhibiting the growth of enteric Salmonella were investigated by the co-incubation, pre-incubation and post-incubation method. The result revealed that the 3 Bacillus strains showed different ability to inhibit the growth of Salmonella after co-incubated with X1, X2 and X3 respectively. Powerful inhibiting ability to Salmonella occurred at 12 h-24 h in the means of co-incubation both of simultaneously and successively, and at 8 h-12 h in the means of incubation Salmonella first and then co-incubation X1, X2 and X3. Statistical data showed that by co-incubation, pre-incubation and post-incubation X1 with Enteric Salmonella, the inhibiting effects were most obviously difference(P0.01)at 0 h-72 h, 0 h-72 h, and both of 6 h-8 h and 12 h-36 h, respectively; and were obviously difference (P0.05) at 8 h-12 h by post-incubation X1 with enteric Salmonella. The inhibiting effects were most obviously difference (P0.01) at both of 0 h-24 h and 48 h-72 h, 6 h-24 h, and both of 6 h-8 h and 12 h-36 h. By co-incubation, pre-incubation and post-incubation X2 with enteric Salmonella; and were obviously difference (P0.05) at 24 h-48 h, both of 0 h-6 h and 24 h-48 h by co-incubation and pre-incubation X2 with enteric Salmonella. By co-incubation, pre-incubation and post-incubation X3 with enteric Salmonella, the inhibiting effects were obviously difference (P0.05) at 24 h-36 h just in post-incubation group only, no obviously differences were observed in the other two groups.
