Study on Oxidation Leaching of Lead Concentrate and Manganese Ore in the Sulfuric Acid System

Utilizing the complement of the redox of lead concentrate and manganese ore,lead concentrate and manganese ore were leached in the sulfuric acid system.And the influence of reaction temperature,leaching time,sulfuric acid concentrate,ratio of solid to liquid,mineral size on the leaching efficiency was analyzed.The separation method of lead sulfate was discussed as well as influencing factors of the separation process;Simultaneous leaching conditions in the sulfuric acid system were gained through many experiments,which can lay the foundation for further research of the leaching process.
