Objective To investigate the effect of apolipoprotein E gene lacking(apoE-/-) on the early lupus antibody of C57BL/6(B6) mice with systemic lupus erythematosus by two different moldings. Methods 36 apoE-/-B6 female mice were randomly divided into pristane control group, pristane model group, lipopolysaccharide(LPS) control group,LPS model group; While 34 normal B6 female mice were randomly divided into pristane control group, pristane model group,LPS control group,LPS model group.Intraperitoneal injection of 0.5 mL of normal saline was done at one time for pristine control group, while intraperitoneal injection of 0.5 mL of pristane for pristane model group.Intraperitoneal injection of normal saline was done twice a week,0.2 mL each time for LPS control group, while intraperitoneal injection of 250 mg/L of LPS was done twice a week,0.2 mL each time for LPS model group. Then we detected the blood serum levels of ANA,anti-dsDNA antibodies and anti-ENA antibodies and compared the differences among the groups after 3 weeks. Results The levels of ANA in each model group were higher than that in the control groups, which in apoE-/-pristane model group was higher than that in the normal B6 pristane group. The level of anti-dsDNA antibodies in apoE-/-pristane model group was higher than that in the control groups, and the level of anti-ENA antibodies in apoE-/-LPS model group was higher than that in the control group and normal B6 LPS model group. Conclusion In the early phase of pristane-induced molding,apoE-/-can promote the production of ANA and anti-dsDNA antibodies, and in the early phase of LPS-induced molding,apoE-/-can promote the production of anti-ENA antibodies.
