More Importance to Organizational Culture Attached by Universities and Colleges

As a culture organization,universities and colleges should shape inimitable organizational culture to enhance its competitive power.At present,in most Universities and colleges,organizational culture is spontaneous,primordial and mixed into ideology-politics work.Substance culture and students' culture are recognized,but immaterial culture and teachers and supervisors culture are neglected.Leaders of Universities and colleges should participate in constructing organizational culture,strengthen systematic culture,immaterial culture and teachers and supervisors' culture.Some work could be outsourced and characteristic must be known when constructing organizational culture.
