Research progress of cathode material Li_(1+x)V_3O_8 for lithium batteries

The structural characteristics,the charge-discharge mechanism as a cathode material of lithium vanadium oxides Li1+xV3O8 were introduced.The emphasis is focused on the effects of the various synthetic methods as well as doping modification techniques on electrochemical performances of lithium vanadium oxide Li1+xV3O8.Cathode-anode ions doping together and coating modification techniques were regarded as the effective ways to improve the materials performance.
